How HotSpot Billing Software Works:

Upon accessing your hotspot, your customer is automatically redirected to your self-branded login page. They enter their details and Internet access is granted, with Hotspot Billing controlling the duration, speed and bandwidth by their account level or payment.
You decide how to charge for access to your network. Charge by data transfer, specified time usage, or download and upload rate. You can also set pricing profiles, called price plans, so when a customer refills their account they are charged the same way. Payment for the Internet service can be done in different ways. 

Accept Credit Cards

Save time and resources by allowing the customer to create and pay for network access directly from their computer. The secure automated payment process lets you accept over 70 major internet payment gateways including PayPal.

Create Pre-Paid Voucher Tickets

Design and print voucher tickets by yourself, and distribute them on your selling points. There is no revenue sharing with Antamedia or ongoing cost for vouchers. You keep all profit.
Antamedia HotSpot Billing offers different templates for voucher tickets and each template can be customized to include your logo, contact details, access code, access parameters and limits, cost of the ticket. Tickets can be printed when needed, or in advance, for example 100 tickets printed and distributed to various sales locations.

Post Charges to the Guest Room

Integrate HotSpot Billing with your PMS system and automate billing for your guests. Customer chooses username, password, price plan (like 7 days Internet) and confirms the identity with a room number and personal details. If successful, payment is added on provided room number, and customer will see this charge on the bill printed by PMS operator.

Self-service Pay Station

Pay Station is a self-service ticket dispenser which helps you automate selling of the prepaid Internet tickets. It collects money using coin and bill acceptors, receives credit card payments, and prints out a WiFi access ticket for a customer
Customers may use a ticket to connect to your WiFi HotSpot with any WiFi device such as tablets, laptops, smart phones etc.
Pay Station locks-down any PC or Kiosk and displays the menu where your customer can choose desired Internet plan. After inserting the money or paying with PayPal or credit card, a ticket will be printed with access details. It's touch-screen compatible and uses standard ccTalk acceptor devices.
